Delivery & Shipping Policy

For Deliveries within Cyprus:

  1. Order Processing Time:​

    • All our products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before dispatch.

  2. Delivery Method:

    • Once your order is crafted, we entrust it to our courier for delivery. The standard shipping time within Cyprus is approximately 2-3 business days either with ACS Courier or BOX NOW Lockers

  3. Flat Delivery Fee:

    • ASC: A flat delivery fee of 4 euros will be applied to all orders within Cyprus.

    • BOX NOW: A flat delivery fee of 4 euros will be applied to all orders within Cyprus.

Note: To ensure timely delivery, please let us know your preferred ACS Store or Box Locker. If you do not specify a preference, we will find the closest ACS store / BOX NOW locker to your address.

For International Shipments:

  1. Contact Prior to Order:

    • To ship our handcrafted products abroad, please contact us directly at polina.bebooboo@gmail.com before placing your order. We will work with you to arrange shipping and provide a personalized quote.

  2. Shipping Options:

    • Choose from a range of international shipping options based on your preferences and requirements. Shipping costs will be communicated during the consultation.

  3. Customs and Import Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties associated with international shipments. We'll provide information and guidance to facilitate a smooth customs process.

  4. Order Processing:

    • International orders will be processed once the shipping details and costs are confirmed with the customer.

  5. Delivery Timeframes:

    • Estimated delivery times for international shipments will be provided during the shipping arrangement process.

  6. Communication:

    • We'll keep you informed about the status of your international order, including shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us for return authorization and instructions. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
